Our major goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by facilitating the exchange of complementary, high-quality data on meat eating quality across a compatible international network, aligned with UNECE Standards For Meat, for application throughout supply chains globally.

For 25 years, eating quality research with untrained consumers was conducted all across the world. The expert team of scientists assist on Eating Quality research from farm to fork.

The essential point of collaborative research is to ensure all involved parties follow the common ontology to enable increasing the pool of linked data which can be added to DATAbank for ongoing research.
